For a ready to eat muesli for a group of healthy breakfasters – make up half the mix, add 2 – 3 grated peeled apple, bind with natural yogurt and serve with a spoonful of honey.
One handful of dried fruit is one of your five a day, serve breakfast with a fresh juice and that’s two before lunch.
Variations – omit what you don’t like and add what you do. I sometimes make it with no nuts and seeds but add in a hand full of freeze dried berry and some yogurt coated cranberries.
