Ingredients
- 450 g Oats
- 100 g wheat bran
- 50 g wheat germ
- 75 g sultanas
- 75 g raisins
- 75 g finely chopped dates
- 30 g flaked un-sweetened coconut
- 30 g pumpkin seeds
- 30 g sunflower seeds
- 30 g chopped brazil nuts
- 30 g sliced almonds

Instructions
- Simply mix all the ingredients together.
- Variations - change the dried fruit, nuts and seeds to your own choices For a crunchier muesli - lightly toast the oats but cool before mixing.
Recipe Notes
For a ready to eat muesli for a group of healthy breakfasters - make up half the mix, add 2 - 3 grated peeled apple, bind with natural yogurt and serve with a spoonful of honey.
One handful of dried fruit is one of your five a day, serve breakfast with a fresh juice and that’s two before lunch.
Variations - omit what you don't like and add what you do. I sometimes make it with no nuts and seeds but add in a hand full of freeze dried berry and some yogurt coated cranberries.
