Instructions
- Kippers can be simply grilled for approx. 3 - 4 minutes on each side for bone on or 2 minutes for filleted kippers.
- Do not season but add a knob of butter before cooking optionaly.
Nice served with a slice of herb butter.
- Simply chop 1 tablespoon flat parsley and mix in to 250g / 1 packet softened butter.
- Roll in to a sausage shape in cling film, keep in the fridge until needed.
