Ingredients
Wet Ingredients-
- 50 g butter soft & small diced
- 1 tablespoons golden syrup (generous)
- 60g quality dark chocolate grated or small pieces
Dry Ingredients -
- 75 g Oats
- 60 g Crushed biscuits but keep it rough & textured
- 40 g raisins
- 20 g Glace cherries halved

Instructions
- In a saucepan gently heat all the wet ingredients until melted and mixed together
- Meanwhile place all the dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Pour the wet ingredients on to the dry and mix well
- Grease a suitable sized baking tray – pour over the mix and press down
- Bake in a pre-heated oven gas 180*c for 20 – 30 minutes (less for slightly doughy more for firm textured)or until cooked to your liking
- Cool, portion & serve
