Watch My New Video Cookery Series
Ive been a busy girl filming new cookery videos with Matt a video-photographer in my teaching kitchen at Lodge Farm in Bawburgh, Norfolk.
Series one is all about the Christmas dinner – with a Sunday Roast element. Including how to bone a bird (thats not a euphemism), plus how to bone and roll a whole bird too. Birds arn’t just for Christmas! Plus braised Red Cabbage, a gorgeous stuffing, a stock which can be turned in to gravy and I share my Christmas Pudding recipe, which has been a hit for over 25 years.
